Located in downtown Aspen on the corner of Hyman Ave and Mill St, across from the Wheeler
Opera House, Eagle Springs Aspen Market offers local, natural and organic foods in addition
to what we raise at the farm. We bring local artisan foods to the people of Aspen plus locally
roasted organic coffee and other food items that we’re developing. Shopping at our market

We are excited to have started construction on our second farmers’ market style store located in Rifle
in the Eagle Springs Crossing shopping center. It will be a 17,000 square foot, year round market with
ample parking. Our goal is to provide shoppers with the highest quality produce grown right on our
farm 6 miles away. We will also supplement the market with other fantastic, locally produced food
items so that we can all support our local growers and producers.
