ESO Solar Farming
Eagle Springs Organic is in the process of installing a 1.1 megawatt Solar-field keeping true to our sustainable philosophy. The solar-field will generate clean green solar electricity and negate 100% of it’s electrical consumption. Subsequently E.S.O.’s produce will be both certified organic & carbon free! And that’s not all!
Eagle Springs Greenhouse
Our greenhouse adds to our ability to provide great tasting produce all year round. We are excited about our 58,000 sq ft greenhouse as it allows for multiple growing systems for a variety of crops. The greenhouse is divided into 5 zones so that each food crop can be grown in soil and environmental conditions that best meets that crops’ needs.

We deliver our organic produce, fresh eggs and pasture raised meat products to a
variety of natural food grocery stores and restaurants in Colorado. As we grow our
